I always have a good experience at the Bay Street Lush. Staff are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable - able to help guide you if you're unsure. Lots of seasonal product turnover means it's definitely worth a stop if you're at the mall.

Had the Best Experience Ever in this store Thanks to All The Beautiful Employees. Came in on the 28th of June, and Every Single Employee was sooo very friendly, helpful and I Felt Heard in a store that I usually feel a little outta place at any other location as I can’t always afford the wonderful products. Erin was super kind, knowledgable, and experienced! Probably the best lush visit i’ve ever had. She approached me and gave me fantastic suggestions. I’m usually really shy when it comes to trying out new products since lush items are often intimidating and different from drug store items. She reached out and offered demonstrations so I can see how the product works. Gave excellent sample suggestions. I’ll be coming back again!

I had such a good experience with Amy! I was just browsing and she took the time to show me a lot of different Lush facial products. Her patience and time she took to explain the products and how they worked were super helpful and much appreciated!
