Employee Becca was wonderful, very knowledgeable, eager to help, and good conversation!
Staff was super friendly and gave good recommendations. They are happy to give samples of most things. I really like the products and that they fight against animal testing. Lost the single star because the store isn't super unique and is in a mall.
The shampoo bar works so good on oily hair and I didn’t even need conditioner. I got the one that smells like jasmine flowers I’m pretty sure. Helpful staff!
I am deeply passionate about perfumes and scent and I have collected perfume all over the world for like 25 years. I’ve been around a lot of enthusiastic knowledgeable sales people and Charles and Katie at the Lush in Woodland Hills mall are as amazing as any of them. They had us enchanted and I walked away with several products just because of how descriptive and fun they were in telling me about them. Lush, you treat them right!
