Was trying to Christmas shop in this store but I decided against it in due to the utter chaos. I’ve never had such a bad experience here before. The employees were very disorganized and seemed to have no direction. I tried to find a manager to ask a question and there was none in sight. The staff looked lost and like they needed help from a manager too but again none in sight. Won’t be going back here anytime soon.

Shopping for angel trees and I made my annual stop here for gifts. The employee who helped me was a really nice young man! He helped me pick out gifts catered towards my angels ages and wants. Also, my daughter was shopping with me. I paid and left before her. She left, and a few minutes later I was walking close to the store and he found me to give me her Dillards bag that she had left at the counter! How nice! Thanks, Lush. Your employees are excellent!!

Great products, very overpriced. There’s nothing in these products that constitute the price inflation. You can find products just like this with less ingredients for half the price. If you use three of the products a month, you’re looking at about 85 dollars a month. I get a great moisturizer from Germany for 12 dollars that lasts 3 months lol.

I understand offering help to a customer but hovering over them as they shop is unacceptable. They do not respect your space. The workers seemed to care more to discuss their hate for Trump, and making cards to hand out to their customers to show police officers. Will not be returning to this location as the workers here can not accept reality.

Every single worker we encountered today was so friendly! Each worker greeted us and had a small conversation, the woman who was greeting people was extremely informative and polite! I’ve never met such kind customer service workers!
