Katie (Katy?) was so incredibly welcoming and inviting when my boyfriend and I first stepped inside. That was my first experience with LUSH- although I knew a little about the company and the products. I found myself enamored with the staff's knowledge about each product, every line- personal recommendations- I mean I was truly impressed with absolutely everything. Katie gave spectacular customer service! I Hadn’t been to the store in over a year, so I initially called and spoke with Catie to ask if lush still made parsley porridge bar soap. She said that, unfortunately, they did not, but did have other bar soaps that were comparable with antibacterial agents and in scent, giving me examples of different ones. Excellent staff! They were extremely knowledgeable and attentive to all customers. They made sure you had a pleasant and personalized experience and got the best products for your needs. 10/10 recommend.
