The 2 gyals that worked there this evening were so helpful to me and gave me some samples:)) set me up on the app to get some points too. I wish I could remember their names they were so sweet🩷🩷
I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas early and went ahead and added a spooky bath bomb for same day delivery (door dash) I got an alert that the spooky bath bomb was out of stock but I wouldn’t be charged. Well bummer, I wanted that for bath tonight. So I called and asked if there was any way I could have a different bath bomb of same value, not picky at all. She was so nice! I got my order and there were two additional bath bombs and some awesome samples!! So thoughtful thank you so much!
I always have a great experience when i go to lush! Definitely one of the stores in the mall with the best customer service. Everytime i walk in to buy one thing i leave with multiple items and even some free goodies! Staff is super sweet and helpful. They also keep me up to date when new things are coming to the store! I always love shopping at lush because of the customer service and the quality of their products.
The employees at Lush are so helpful and friendly. Becca, Sadie, and crew were amazing. The employees are why I keep coming back. They are kind and never pressure me into buying anything. I usually buy because the products and their smell are awesome! Thanks Lush
Sadie greeted me very professionally and I was overwhelmed by her customer service. I’m buying soap for my fiancée this weekend and I’m buying for her. I recommend Lush!
