RecommendedI had a follow up for an appointment. I called the hospital and I have been on call from last 30 minutes to get in touch with representative. It says it is top 10 hospital in nation and number one in Illinois. Is this how your service is ?? So so disappointing

RecommendedWe’re just getting ready to leave after a 3 day stay at Lurie’s. The staff here is wonderful. After being ignored at a different er twice before coming here, the emergency staff here actually took the time to listen to us, properly assess our son, and correctly diagnose him with RSV and provide him with breathing treatments, IV fluids, and round the clock care. I took my 16 year old son there because he has been having seizures. They didn't believe is. When I told them all of his symptoms. Then they sent in a psychiatrist who told me it's not real seizures he is having. After sending us home. That night my son had a seizure & was taken to St. Bernard which is the closest to where I live.
RecommendedThe staff is awesome and cares about children and families! Genetics dropped the ball, but they are trying to fix that.
