My opinion is that doctors “neuromuscular” didn’t care enough to follow up with my granddaughter. Should listen more to the parents that are with the children 24-7.
This hospital is joke. Their patient relations team covers up complaints before they even get to administration, when you ask to speak to a hospital administrator you are told No. Take your child elsewhere. DO NOT COME HERE.
RecommendedStruttin' with his nurses/heroes for his birthday!!!! Only at Luries Children's hospital these guys are heroes. Thanks to them my son is getting better day by day. They made his hospital stay a comfortable and they were very attentive with him. There was not a day that Jondell wouldn't thank them and try to not move and listened to what they say regardless of how painful it might get. I accidentally made an over payment on a bill and caught it imeadiately(4/19). when I called thier office the next day (monday)(4/20) I was told I would be refunded by that friday. that was 3 weeks ago. RecommendedMy sons have been in the NICU for the last 5 months. The staff has gone above and beyond with everything going on with covid. They days I can’t be there they are giving us updates, emailing us pictures, and I was even able to FaceTime. I can’t wait for the day we can reunite the boys. Amazing nurses and doctors!
RecommendedThis hospital has been life saving and life changing for us. We've never encountered a crabby staff member. We've never ran into someone who wasn't willing to go way above and beyond. My son is 4.5 and we've been going here for 3.5 years. We recommend them to everyone!
