I've NEVER, not one time, been upset for even a second at this practice. They've always been great. But today they were AMAZING! Above and beyond. My almost 4YO dd had her first ER visit last night for what turned out to be a pretty bad case of Nursemaids Elbow. The ER X-rayed it, found nothing, put her in a sling and told me to follow up in 2-4 days with a ped ortho. Period. We had a bad night, and even worse morning.
