This place was okay at first, but then not so much. Initially we were referred there for a neuropsych eval, and that’s what I scheduled for. The Lurie Center did some brief testing and sent us on our way. Gave my son an autism diagnosis and also let us believe he had a neuropsych. Several times over the course of our visits I asked if they did a neuropsych and was told yes. It wasn’t until a couple of years of working with them that I found out it was never and actual Neuropsych evaluation but just testing for Autism. The se... read more
Highly recommend. We have been treated with the utmost respect, true caring, and expertise. I see some one star reviews because the Lurie Center is not accepting new patients - I am sure that this is due to resource restraints. My heart goes out to the unserved families, but the staff is great.
This place has been amazing! Although sometimes I do get frustrated with the process, the staff here has been amazing and patient and kind! The whole team works in unison to make sure you have the support you need. They listen and actually care! Thank you so much Lurie Center from the bottom of my heart!
