Nice people, employee's and Dr's been going for year's thank you.
This "doctor" should be sued. This "doctor" plays head trips gaslites and lies. It was the first time the appointment was several months away. The "doctor" had gone through social media and did things such as wear the color I pointed as my favorite so that we were practically wearing the same outfit. Sadly NOT at all Excellent anymore!!!!!! The combination of the practice moving from Oakland to Shadyside & Dr.Liang leaving the practice - at best is now mediocre UPMC should be embarrassed!!!! I have been working with my primary care physician, along with other specialists, for about 2.5 years on suspicions that I may have an autoimmune condition. I saw Dr. Julius Birnbuam in Sept of 2020. From the start, Dr. Birnbaum was incredibly inattentive and unresponsive. He did not take me, or my symptoms, seriously.
