We tried to view an apartment to rent twice from Jared - the first time, he called us as we were pulling onto the street the apartment was on, 2 minutes before our appointment, and cancelled because he grabbed the wrong keys. We rescheduled for 2 days later. We drove back to the apartment for the second time in 48 hours and couldn’t get ahold of him via text, phone call, or email. Still have yet to hear from him. I was a renter for a property that was acquired by Luptake Real Estate for the past two years. They were very good as landlords. The property was actively being maintained. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable amount of time.

Jared Luptak was absolutely amazing to work with. We had him both as a property manager and realtor and he was great. He's a very down to earth, kind, family man who really cares about his clients. If ever we need any future assistance Jared with definitely be the one we will go with.

I usually don’t do reviews but this guy was awesome. I spoke with Jared about a house i was looking to do a rent to own on in January 2017. He met with my fiancé and I, very professional, honest, and helpful i must say. He pulled our credit showed us what to work on, told us how to bring our scores up. By March he showed us many properties(always available and on time). We struck out so many times with houses not being up to standard or just not being what we were looking for.
