Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
