i purchased a kia soel in jan. took 5 trips back to dealer to get a spare key they had 2 years free oil changes they have changed oil 4 times 3 out of 4 they over filled oil according to owners manuel not good had one recall car was there for an o c. told athe time ask if taken care of no answer had to call back was not . had to sheduled another appt. a week later every time they touched that car ended up more trips to dealer the final time they slopped sticky stuff all over lower left side of car took 2 hrs to clean off kia... read more
We just got a new Sorento and had the best experience! It was great working with Andrew! He listened to what we wanted and didn't pressure us to go beyond our budget but worked to find all that we wanted in our price range. We couldn't be happier with how easy it was to work with the staff and how quickly they helped us get the car we needed. Thanks to Andrew and the whole staff!
Purchased. Y new soul on 6/29/15, customer service was great! The one on one services was so appreciated. I had a price point in mind when I went in, they did everything they could to get me where I wanted to be, I'm very happy with my purchase and because of their hard work my budget will be happy as well. I worked with Paul Miller on my Acadia purchase and I just love my vehicle. I went back and brought a car for my daughter we ended up having problems with that car contacted Paul and he was able to put my daughter into a newer reliable vehicle. I sent my friend to him for her purchase she had an accident that totaled her car and she didn't hesitate to go back to Paul for her vehicle purchase... Top notch service... Thanks Paul Miller!!!
