Wouldn't even look at my car, which is under warranty, without possibly charging me a diagnostic fee. Their diagnostic fee is 87% higher than that of other Kia dealerships.

Never again will I refer anyone to work with this dealership. My friend was approved and signed all the paperwork and drove off. A week later she was called and said the bank had a problem and needed to verify some information. She was going back and forth with the bank and the dealer, when it was the sales manager or finance persons job to get everything done. The sales person needs to work on his customer services skills. Been given the run around about car they sold me with a voided factory warranty that they failed to inform me of now that there are issues with the car. HORRIBLE SERVICE
No better place to spend the apparently hour and forty five minutes it takes to get an oil change! The bathroom is above average.
