Seriously, the heath safety of clients & employees is secondary at this location! I am aware that this rant comes from a place of extreme privilege. Everything boils down to the Golden Rule: treating others as you would like to be treated - this should never be taken lightly. I was shocked that many customers in the service waiting area were wearing their protective masks incorrectly, or not wearing a mask at all. Howard Kirkwood was amazing! He remembered details from our conversations, kept me updated on the status of my new vehicle, and was great on the day we purchased the car. He was genuinely excited for me, knowledgeable, and great to work with!
Howard was awesome from start to beginning. I was there for an oil change and notice the new Kia Seltos, Howard gave me a book to check it out and it was game time from there. The service, patience and attention I got in regards to deciding on a purchases was awesome. Closing out the deal was even sweeter.
