the sales rep at the new car lot was really helpful. Howard is a solid sales rep that went the extra distance. Good negotiation process had me feeling even about my purchase. I got problems I noticed addressed and promised satisfaction. (TBD, parts are not delivered as of yet). The closing got a little rocky due to a couple of unforeseeable choices made by others. But Howard went beyond our agreed arrangement to seal the deal.
Walked into Lupient Kia after being frustrated by other dealerships' lack of wanting to give us hard numbers on a lease. Micah was amazing and went above and beyond pointing out different packages and ran a bunch of numbers for us. He ultimately found us the best deal and we couldn't be happier with our new Kia.
