My experience with Lupient Chevrolet of Bloomington started great, but the more time I spent there, the more it seemed that they were lying! The service I experienced the three times I had Lupient service my 2011 BMW was extremely poor! It took two and a half hours for an oil change on Saturday when we pick up our car the windshield was cracked, and the hood of my car looked like someone dragged something across it. We understand that you are upset but we disagree with your feedback. The 'scratches' that you accused us of wiped right off. We sent you a screen shot of the video we took while your car was in the stall showing the pre existing windshield damage. The windshield was obviously caused by a rock at freeway speeds and since we put zero miles on your car it is impossible that the damage happened at our facility. We did an oil change to your vehicle, nothing more.

Will ***** was awesome! He reached out to me when I expressed interest online, walked me through the available options, and found the right vehicle for me. He kept in contact through text (my preferred method) and when I got to the dealership, he had it ready for me to test drive without waiting. While we were running numbers, he informed me of multiple add-on options like extended warranty, interior seals, etc available for the vehicle. Our salesman Brian was very friendly honest and smart. We originally went in to get a specific vehicle and it did not fall in our price range and Brian recommended another vehicle that exceeded what we were looking for and we had a better vehicle with a lower payment than we originally planned! This dealership cares about their customers and they try their best to have their customers leave happy.
