Dr. Lunn and staff are friendly, professional, and always courteous. Dr. Lunn has researched and studied craniomandibular joint issues extensively, with many years of publications of his findings. My 6 months of treatment was totally successful and worth all of the effort and investment. It has been 4 yrs since completion with no recurrence of TMJ. He is highly skilled, exceptionally competent, and simply an overall excellent provider. Highly recommended.
I visited dr. Lunn for a TMJ assessment. When I agreed To move forward they start with an in office specialized CT. It was sent to be read by someone he contracts with. Both Dr. Lunn and the person who read it misdiagnosed me. I believe So that I would move forward with the very expensive treatment. I did Because I was desperate. Then I ended up seeing an ENT and realized I had A major sinus issue. I ended up having sinus surgery. I called And explained everything. My daughter had TMJ that caused a great deal of pain in her shoulder and headaches. She had gone through physical therapy had MRI's and it wasn't until we found Dr. Lunn that she started to get some relief. We were thankful to find such expert TMJ care right in Chattanooga.
They are very unprofessional. They take advantage of people and are not to be trusted at all. I strongly advise all people to go somewhere else.
Dr Lunn used to be a good dentist. I've been going there for 30 years. I have a bridge that he's had to put back in 3 times. He's rough with his work and it seems that it's become all about the $. I feel that I have been very overcharged and ripped off. I am now looking for a new dentist because the over $900 I spent in March (not including what my insurance paid) was a waste of money. He does painful work that doesn't last. Find another dentist.
