Excellent care from the check in process through discharge. We had zero wait time. Dr. Dihr was kind and very informative. He was right there with me during recovery.
Dr. Dhir was very thorough and had reviewed my past medical history before seeing me. He answered any questions I had and was very knowledgeable.
Dr. Tan likes you too keep coming back waste money with shoes and inserts. Then the administration side is a joke. Meanwhile be months in excruciating pain. They don’t care. Ended up going to a real Dr that in one visit saw what was going on and had no problem with tricare! This medical group is an abomination and needs to be fired!
I got there thirty minutes early as they ask you to. I had already filled out paperwork, so I waited for no reason. Once I was in the room waiting for the doctor, it was thirty minutes before he came in. In totality, it was a five minute appointment that was wholly unnecessary. He didn’t really listen to me and was dismissive. No one ever apologized for the wait or offered any explanation. After leaving, I promptly got on the phone to get scheduled with a different doctor not with Digestive Disease Specialists.
The staff were all professional and I had a very good appointment.
I was very impressed by my treatment by the staff. They were friendly and answered my questions completely. There were no long waits sitting alone in a hospital gown. And I was kept informed at each step about who would see me next and why. My conscious interaction with Dr. Dhir was limited to a brief but pleasant chat (of which, unfortunately, I remember nothing), so I cannot really make any meaningful comments about him. But I can say that I had no soreness or other unpleasant after-effects.
I was given full disclosure about my issue, he set up referrals and gave me the three possible steps to address my issue. Very appreciative for the directness as well receiving information that was easily understandable.
Procedure didn’t take long, staff treated me good.
The doctor and the staff have good customer service skills and explained everything about the procedure to me before they started. It was a good experience for me. Thank you doctor Dhir.
