I got a doctor's appointment on Monday, January 13, 2024 at 916 am. to be there at 10. My appointment was with Natalie Green. We got there at 1012 am because we got stuck in our driveway with all the snow and don't live in Columbus. There was no one waiting to be seen when we arrived. Ms. Green declined to see me. Had an appointment for over a month and got here early. The waiting room filled up and I’ve been waiting for over an hour. Mind you they rescheduled this appointment from its original time because of the doctor. Then attempted to reschedule it again for the same reason. I’ve taken off time from work then had to change it, was asked to change it again, came in and still haven’t seen the doctor. It’s like I’m worthless to them.
I was tested and diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I received a BIPAP machine with settings on 14/22. It was uncomfortable, so since the pharmacy equipment specialist told me it could be temporarily adjusted and ramped back up gradually with Dr Natalie approval, I called my Dr at Lung Institute on Tuesday, June 26. This is Friday and I called again and pushed the wrong number and got a rude reception,Teresa. She transferred me to a recording machine. I sure hope I get this resolved.
Whatever you do, steer clear of Dr. Aditya Chada!!! He throws around effusive compliments & sounds reassuring, but last week my mom (his patient several years) was in the hospital & he couldn't be bothered with her. Promised to call & visit several times, but NEVER did either!!! He is NOT an ethical, caring provider as he purports to be. Find another pulmonologist!!
