I've visited this office 4 times over two years. Each time I have seen someone new, which is never the pulmonologist, although the nurse practitioner/physician's assistant is good. The only time I've ever heard from the pulmonologist is regular emails soliciting me for her concierge physician practice, which she is trying to set up. If I have a concern or question, I leave a voicemail and someone usually gets back to me within a week. It feels like I don't have a pulmonologist at all. So I've decided to move on. Terrible service! Bills sent for no appointments given! Holding today... Never an answer for 3 hours today! Message kept saying someone will be with you shortly! Ha! Started at 8:30 AM! Waiting time kept saying 20 minutes! I have NEVER had a doctor that is so unreliable and doesn't care! I am so disappointed! I had hopes for her! NO more! Dr Nina was so responsive for my husband's situation and took prompt action. She got in touch with Bristol Hospice, who called right away. What a blessing! Christina Pagano was the perfect hospice nurse for my husband! She is caring and funny and takes immediate action when required. We enjoyed her visits very much. She was a great support to both of us. Thank you to Dr. Nina and Christina, as well as all the staff at Bristol Hospice, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
