I would trust Rosemar with my life - I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years and she’s an incredible colorist and does my layers like no one else can! I’ve never had such natural looking highlights that are still just as light as I want them to be. Not to mention her adorable dog Dexter and her incredible personality - I’ll never go anywhere else! Could not recommend more!
