Despite having amazing clinicians, Dr. Mukti Patel and Jayce Johnson, Luna Joy’s poor billing and customer service made it impossible to continue care. Calls and text messages went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and forced to find another provider. It’s heartbreaking to lose such supportive mental health care due to administrative failures.
Dr. Caress was very good. Direct and informative.
