I bought most of my wedding decorations from Luna including tablecloths and napkins after I discovered it was much cheaper to buy than hire these items. They have a great range of products and everything comes in so many different colours. This made it easy to choose my theme colours. Had a last minute online order, they were able to have it ready the next day for pick up. Great stuff at even better prices.
Ordered my wishing well through Luna & the acrylic came broken (probably due to shipping & handling) - wrote to Luna and Amy from the the team sent me a replacement in less than 24 hours from when I wrote the email which was absolutely excellent service, appreciate the care and promptness with which Amy handled this request :)
I made a first time order and as soon as I placed the order, I realised I forgot to apply the first time order 10% off discount code. I emailed them right away asking if there was anyway the discount could still be applied and they said no. Pretty disappointed a big company like this wouldn’t even attempt to help me out when all it requires is a small refund.
Website is easy to use and this shipping was so fast ordered over the weekend (organza rolls and large arches) both orders were delivered in perfect condition this morning I will be shopping here again
