Had an early morning consultation appointment before work. Supposed to only be 30 minutes at 9 o’clock. Over two hours later, sitting in this room, I still haven’t even seen a doctor. Huge waste of my time.
I just want to know what was the reason for doing these sleep studies and being referred to a place for the device with you guys KNOWING that Medicaid doesn't pay for them after a certain age. You guys had me waiting on a call that I may not have gotten otherwise. I had to hunt down DORENDA myself just for them to tell me that information. And if the staff there don't know about their vendors THEY SHOULD. And it's been over the week time that I was previously told. Do better.

Filled out pertinent information on line. Drove to the office for my appointment and paid my copay. The girl then told me I had to finish the questionnaire to be seen. I told her I did not want to answer all the questions including what my social security number was. She said I couldn't be seen otherwise. I told her I would not and left. I don't understand why they want 5 pages of information filled out only to be asked some of those same questions by the doctor if you do get to see him.
