Really disappointed I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 months. I raved about them. 2 weeks ago I asked if my nails needed a soak off I was told no in addition to the nail tech being rude my acrylic chipped in less than a week. I returned today for a soak off and was given multiple excuses as to why my service couldn’t be completed. The first excuse was Someone was coming back but they didn’t know when. Came in a week ago for a full gel pedicure. My nail cracked, so I went back. They proceed to tell me the acrylic underneath should have been removed which is why it chipped. She fixes it, and then charges me $5 for the fix, even though they are the ones who left my old acrylic on a week ago. To top off, they asked if I wanted a drink, to which I asked for a glass of wine. They then said they only give wine to people who are getting services. LOL. Unreal. Such a great experience! They seated me right away, all of the ladies were working together and in a great mood (you can tell they enjoy working here). Very happy with their pedicure services!
