Luminos was amazing with my mother. Cassi was our main nurse and she was the best I could have asked for! Tiffany and Cassi always made us feel seen, heard, they went above and beyond in a job that's already hard, emotionally taxing and highly demanding. Our other nurses were great, minus the one that would lie, but having Cassi and Tiffany has my main contacts, rocks during the hardest time of our lives, they made the process alot easier and I appreciate them so so so much! If I could give 1 million stars I would! From my first call I have felt care and support. I live in Houston, and when I have questions they are always quick to respond. When I have been worried about my mom, they have sent someone to check on her. I want to name all the people, so I'll edit this, but for now I'll end with this: Luminos has been a lifesaver.
