Terrible service record. impatient and borderline rude staff. Incompetent doctors who can’t properly fill prescriptions.
They never answer the phone.
I was persistently misgendered here. The nurses/techs need to be trained to be more mindful. DO NOT come here if you are non-binary or transgender. I experienced suicidal thoughts and tried to self-harm as a result. I also had a very public meltdown due to the lack of awareness. I would not recommend. Do not come here if you have other options. I have been rescheduled twice for an appointment already.. I was scheduled around doctors curry’s schedule then contacted over a week later that she will not be available the day I was scheduled. They scheduled me on a different day with a different doctor. About a week later I was contacted again, this time I was told they doctor they scheduled me with does not take new patients..
