Update your hours, a complete inconvenience to go there and to only find out it's closed, had to find another location 8 miles away.😤
Steer clear of this place! The NP we saw was decent and nice, but WOW the billing department is difficult to work with! We will not be back. I took both of my kids here in October of 2017. I paid the day we were there and then 5 months later, they sent us 2 bills for each of the kids. My daughter's bill was filed under our insurance as out of network (should be in network) and my son's bill was filed without insurance. I was able to get them to fix my son's and the new EOB now shows as in network, but LuminCare owes us money... read more
Don’t EVER go here!!!! If I could give it a 0 I would! Worst experience ever! Office extremely incompetent! Not friendly or helpful at all. Waiting 2 1/2 hours even though there were only 3 people ahead of me. Took my 8 year old in for extreme sore throat- when we finally got to the back- they said they were out of strep tests!! How does that happen and why were we not told before we waited so long?!! Please spread the word- I know I will! Don’t waste your time or money!!
0 help!!! Would not even offer a bandaid or whether or not i needed stitches!!!
Great staff and physicians would recommend to anyone looking for great care.
