I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was very disappointing. The technique felt ineffective and didn’t match what I expected at all. It was essentially the same repetitive motions for the entire hour with extremely light pressure, more like surface-level touching than an actual treatment. I honestly felt like leaving halfway through because it didn’t feel purposeful or therapeutic. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Melissa for lymphatic drainage massage.
