I started going to Lumina Eye Care in 2018 and introduced my partner in 2020. Even though we only saw Dr. Fung once every two years, she always remembered the small details about us, making every visit feel so welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Fung is such an amazing, funny, and warm person, and we’re truly sad we have to switch doctors as we moved out of the province. The staff members, especially Marco was very welcoming and friendly. From the few minutes waiting at the reception, I could already tell that he was very professional and knowledgeable when answering patients’ phone calls.
