I do not recommend this place at all. My teeth cleaning took less time than I spend brushing my teeth at home. The girl who did the cleaning seemed very inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing. She hit my teeth hard several times and never even apologized. It was honestly a terrible experience. When I asked why the cleaning was so quick, I was told “this is how cleaning is done here.” I have had professional cleanings before, and this was definitely not a proper dental cleaning. Very disappointing.
I’ve had a few very bad dental experiences, so I was very nervous going into my appointment with Lumina dental. Right away, Dr. Patel was open to listening to my concerns and assured me he would get me taken care of today. The cleaning was generally painless, and I was even able to get my one cavity filled the same day. I didn’t even feel the numbing shot! I made the difficult decision to pull my decaying teeth and move forward with dentures in hopes of reclaiming my lifestyle and getting my life back on track.
