My experience with this organization raised concerns about respect and professionalism. There seemed to be little regard for other people's time, communication was inconsistent, and commitments regarding follow-up were not kept. Being ignored after multiple attempts to obtain an update was disappointing and reflected poorly on the organization. How an organization treats people during routine interactions says a lot about its culture. I hope they take steps to improve communication and accountability moving forward.
