The staff genuinely care about you. I've seen a true difference as a result of this place. Great place to get sober, eternally grateful for it.
A resident went in with their suitcase and back pack. When it was time for them to leave, staff members had already given their items to someone else. They claimed it was an accident, but I personally don't think so. They are so unorganized and are careless with people's personal belongings. In fact, I personally delivered extra clothing for some one and come to find out that the bag I delivered was never handed to them nor found. Amazing place great staff and great place
They only dose you 1 time and think you should be fine for 24 hours, a couple of staff were as rude as can be, then i had a family member pick up my stuff and comes home with my stuff in a plastic bag when i had a nice sports bag when i went there and i didn't get my phone charger or my medicine that i took there, who keeps your bag and medicine and phone charger? .
