Literally the best hair of my life! I grew up in Dallas and have been in DC for 4 years, I have never found a salon that I quite loved until Kamal at Lumen!! I have been dying my hair blonde since I was in middle school, the color he gave me is the best I have ever had. I got hand tied extensions as well, a totally seamless and natural blend. I found my DC salon home!
I had the best experience at Lumen! Kamal got my color just right! The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and they’re truly experts at their craft. Highly recommend!
Shana is absolutely the best at cuts, natural color, and styling. She is also the sweetest human and delivers a five star experience for every client. I’ve been seeing Shana for years now and will continue to do so as long as she is doing hair! Update 2024: Reece is also amazing and has the best vibe and caring touch, I absolutely love seeing her and she does an awesome job!
Reece is amazing and she listened to exactly what I wanted, which wasn’t super straight forward but actually understood and gave me the best color I’ve had in years! She’s so knowledgeable about everything hair and is so sweet and did gorgeous highlights without bleach which was so important to me. Highly highly recommend Lumen and Reece!
