This clinic is incredibly helpful to patients and highly responsible; I am grateful to this professional team.
Very kind people here. The receptionist and nurse doing the preliminary tests were very kind. Dr. Zhai was very nice while doing the actual examination too. She’s a good conversationalist and explains everything in great detail. All of the staff speak english and at least one form of Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese). Honestly, I was a bit nervous coming in initially, but they made me feel comfortable during the whole process.
I went there for a comprehensive eye exam and retina test. Doctor Zhai is very patient and professional, answered all my questions in details and takes good care of patients’ feelings.
First time here with my mom! Excellent and quick: we came earlier and fill the form. Eye doctor was good
