Dr. Liu is incredibly professional and patient. She explained my condition clearly, which really eased my worries. The nursing staff also provided excellent follow-up care, and I was impressed by how quickly the clinic arranged a specialist referral for me. Highly efficient and professional—thank you so much! I recently visited Lumen Eyecare Scarborough and had a great experience, especially with Dr. Liu. Dr. Liu is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the eye exam and clearly went through the results with me.
