After an experience at the Houston branch went terrible. I decided to do some investigating, on their products. Their composite brand Norx is a cheap unrefined product that is Chinese made and the product has no history in a commercial market making their warranty useless and no lifespan on the market. After doing some investigating on the Norx website it comes back to a Chinese web server that is a distributor of Chinese products.
