Worst store ever. I ordered over $2000 worth of flooring over a month ago and yet to receive it. After I ordered it I was told it was going to be delivered the following week. So I called a week later after ordering it and they told me it was back ordered and that it would be delivered on 9/10/2020 or 9/11/2020. I contacted them today on 9/9/2020 to see if my order was in and they told me that it didn't come in on the truck today that it would be in next week and to top it off I never once received a call from the store sayi... read more
Stay away. Bad products and horrible customer service. Their warrintee is terrible. I wish I did not purchase my natural hard wood from them. Any issue with the product they blame it on the house environment even though we follow their recommendations.
