Tatum was AMAZING! I am from a different state and took a shot calling this store for help with a discontinued product and she went above and beyond what she had to do to help me out! She relieved so much stress by taking on my request when she could have just shot me down!! We need more people like this that just care about other people, instead of the bottom line! 🤍🤍
We went to one of the stores during their working hours but the door was locked. We waited for over 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. We called one of the other stores in the area regarding the flooring that we wanted to purchase. They said it should be on the next truck, so we applied for the credit card and placed the order online. We called the store back to let them know. Edit to Add: I received a response on this review asking to reach out to them, so I sent the an email the next day. It has been a couple weeks now, and I have not received a response. Another example of their poor, poor communication. We also submitted a rebate for $500 on our flooring purchase, and it took well over a month to receive. We actually received it over a week later then it was promised, and we only received $300.
