Fantastic experience today! Blake was patient, and went above and beyond to help me! I really had no idea what I needed, and it was a perfect fit when I got home!

Blake was super friendly and a wealth of knowledge about flooring. He was very helpful, didn't seem rushed even with the phone customers calling and answered every question thoroughly. He is a definite asset to LL.
Blake took care of me, answered all my questions. He carefully loaded the materials onto my truck and helped balance it all out loading some into the cab. The install video QR code did not work on the box, and when I reached out they gave me a good helpful video for install. The flooring I purchased was not the easiest to install, but eventually I got the hang of it. And that is no fault of the branch itself, just me needing to learn to lay flooring.
