Blake took care of me, answered all my questions. He carefully loaded the materials onto my truck and helped balance it all out loading some into the cab. The install video QR code did not work on the box, and when I reached out they gave me a good helpful video for install. The flooring I purchased was not the easiest to install, but eventually I got the hang of it. And that is no fault of the branch itself, just me needing to learn to lay flooring. Very overpriced!! Don't waste your time unless you want to pay $2.99 per sq ft or more.
