Jericho and Tay are great. They know there stuff. I will trust them again. How ever, now that we have installed the floor. We have not had this flooring for a full year. The flooring has been deemed faulty. We are told the instore credit for are purchase is all they will do. We still need to remove all the furniture which was not there before and remove the old flooring. We have been dealing with this for months now. Just want a floor we can trust. Not sure we can trust there product.
There were many styles and different durability options. The staff knew what the were talking about and answered all my questions and concerns. Pricing is fantastic! They even advertise us to allow products to sit in my home for three days before installation to give the product to acclimate to my home which would prevent problems in the future. I am extremely happy with our choice to use LL Flooring for our project and Love the staff!
