I recently joined LCA with no CrossFit experience. The coaches are very helpful with explaining the workouts and everyone has been super kind and encouraging! Positive vibes & energy! Loving the challenge and learning something new each time.
You will not find a better workout program than here at Lumber city. This isn’t your average gym. You will get stronger and be happier. You’re also going to make friends. The atmosphere is very welcoming.

I joined LCA last year having never tried CrossFit before, and I am so grateful I took the leap. The coaches here are phenomenal, and the community is unbelievably encouraging and supportive. There’s a huge range of people, ages, and fitness levels who participate, and there are always scaling options for those who aren’t master athletes (aka myself).
