While shaving my golden retriever, they took a chunk out of her tail. 6 months later , there is still a scar bigger than a quarter. The scatter brain behind the counter never informed me, ,and had to balls to inquire how much of a tip i'd like to leave the groomer. They also do not require any updated shots. So while the dogs are tied to walls (lack of sufficient space) there is no protection from other dogs and what they may carry.
Highly recommend this shop! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Super friendly staff and awesome work! Love it!
It's the only place my dogs go to get pampered fresh. They love Lulu's and so do I!
