I am very glad we selected Lullwater for a place to live when we sold our house. We really enjoy living here. The people in the office are great and always willing to help. We will really miss Brian and Alex
I have to say in the 5 years I've lived here, finally changing the management has made a HUGE difference. Staff is much more customer service oriented, extremely pleasant and attentive. Work orders are fixed promptly. Yeah you might have that one or few times you have to remind them to fix something but they're busy folks and it always gets done. It's even more quiet for some reason (go figure.) Its a big improvement and it shows. I just hope it continues to be a resident friendly place to live.
