Old with inconsistent service Ok apartments but far from luxury. The apartment I rented was ok but the decor and appliances were very dated. Service from the office was inconsistent and services including repairs were seldom completed in a timely fashion. The amenities including the gym were not well maintained. There are better places to rent in Newnan for the same cost.
Been here for 10 years or so and happy Been here for 10 years or so and happy. Good service from the office staff and maintenance people were always quick to fix any issues.
I would’ve gave this place a 4 or 5 star but for the last 3 months I’ve been trying to get my AC fixed. I’ve called the office and put in multiple requests to fix the AC and the maintenance man has came out multiple times and the AC is still not fixed. The unit runs all day and the temp rises up to 80 degrees even when it’s on. I’ve even had conversations via text with the maintenance man expressing the continuing problems but here lately he doesn’t respond and when I call the office to express these concerns they just say “... read more

the office strives to get to know every resident. they know me by name and apartment. they are always smiling and very friendly. if service takes a little longer than expected they are always on top of it making sure it is done. perfect first home for my husband and I.
Keep Looking My family and I had the misfortune of living here for a little over three years while looking to purchase a house. During that time the office went through four managers. Three of the four demonstrated competence while the fourth left much to be desired. Maintenance was always an issue. We moved into an apartment that smelled like smoke and hadn’t been cleaned. Wonderful Place to live Been living at Lullwater for over a year and they have been wonderful! I love how friendly, helpful and professional they are. The ladies even know me by name and apartment! Maintenance has fixed my minor issues within the same day. Will recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.
