Taste like git started in the smoker and got finished off in an oven. Sides too bland . Needs seasonings.
RecommendedBrisket was moist, Smokey and excellent. Slaw had a nice tang and was crunchy. Beans were just okay. I did not like the course grind saugage but everyone has their own expectations. A solid 4Syds...4.5Syds for Brisket alone.
