I had a great experience with Luke in renegotiating my mortgage. It was the first time I had to renew a mortgage and was quite nervous about getting high interest rates (September- October 2024). Luke explained everything clearly, was always easy to reach and answered all my questions with patience. He suggested several solutions and overall was able to negotiate a very good rate. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Luke. I had never dealt with a broker before. As always happens odd things come to light during the process. We did a switch from one bank to another. I had an instance where I was so distressed I was in tears but Luke assured me in a calming way it was likely nothing and he would work through it. True to his word he came through every time. You can trust Luke and know he is very thorough misses nothing and is working in your best interest, not the financial institutions.
