Very poor service provided by this company. The signoff package that they prepared was poorly formatted and had multiple errors in it. The attorney also did not understand remote notary laws in his own state and forbid us from using a remote notary even after being shown in state law and from a RON vendor that a RON can be used. Our EMD was also mismanaged and it's pretty disturbing that our EMD was not accounted for in the transaction and had to be handled outside escrow.
From a Realtors perspective, this was a smooth closing and given opportunity to ask questions for clarification. My clients were highly satisfied as well. Great staff with pleasant demeanor.
