Very thorough and professional.
Dr Lukasko goes out of her way to make it seem like you’re her only patient for the day while staying efficient and delivering excellent care
I think Dr. Lukasko and her team are wonderful, very kind, professional, and caring. My only concern is with time management. At several appointments, I’ve had to wait 20 plus minutes just to see the tech, and then return to the waiting room another 20 minutes before seeing the doctor. The total time in the office is always over an hour, when the actual visit itself only takes 15–20 minutes. Improving scheduling and reducing wait times would really enhance the overall patient experience.
I started going to Dr Lukasko last year and have been very pleased with the change. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her exam and offered multiple ways to address my issues and concerns.
The whole visit was well handled. Comfortable and professional. They take their time both the assistant and Dr Lukaski… I knew they had covered all my issues and confident I was getting the best care fur my eyes
Always remembers my son and I and asks how we are doing. Gives great advice for his eyes.
The exam and care I received from Dr. Lukasco and her team was superb. I highly reccomend this practice for your eye care .
Everyone is super friendly and very well trained. I've been seeing Dr. Lukasco for many years. She's always very kind and explains in detail about your eyes and what nay be going on. Sometimes the wait is long. Today I waited over an hour and a half. But she's worth it.
