Went there one time to look at a vehicle and receive none stop calls from the dealership... Just got 4 calls within 10 minutes... Not joking.
Where do I begin? They did a total revamp so they were no longer "Screwjack's", but not a damn thing has changed. Their salesmen are manipulative liars and their service department is a joke. My husband bought a Lexus from them and I bought an Acura. Mine came with no bells and whistles, no free oil changes, no car washes, but my husband's did. So we schedule his free oil change and I take it to drop it off. I take it to the service dept, said that I was there to drop off my car and needed to get the loaner that was promised... read more
We went in today to just test drive the GMC Envoy, and Del Smith and his team went above and beyond for us and needless to say we left with the GMC Envoy, I will continue to do repeat business with del Smith and Lujacks...
This place is a joke. It's a circus. Liars and thieves run this joint. Stay away! They have a C- rating by the better business bureau. Michelle Wood is a VERY rude and disrespectful human being. She has no business working with the general public. She should be a prison guard or grimace from McDonald's. If you want a shit deal and want to be ripped off shop here.

Terrible dealership and experience. Will never buy again and would not recommend for others. My car supposedly came with a bumper to bumper 12 month warranty but after having the car in for service 2 months after purchasing, what needs to be fixed is not covered.
Amazing customer service! My husband and I just purchased a Honda CR-V. Dell and Marqueisha went out of their way to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and at the perfect price. They were quick, but so effective. I will be telling everyone I know to come to Driver's Choice! Thank you again for all your help!
