Luisa and her team did a great job selling my house. They provided very useful information about the process, outlined the things that should be done to show the property, scheduled photographer, posted listing on all major real estate sites, provided weekly market review and feedback from byers' agents. They helped negotiating with the buyer and prepared all necessary documents for the closing. Everything was very well organized, so the whole process wasn't stressful for me.
