There's honestly nothing bad or wrong I can say about this business. Their nurse Dr Bobby Ukken ...whom I've been seeing since March 2024 is extremely helpful and knows how to manage good medicine. The inside of the office is decorated very nicely like a bank, or a health spa. When I needed immediate help, I was able to finally speak to their supervisor really fast with no issues. And the receptionist team is extremely prompt. No bullcrap from group homes here. Just smooth.
Absolutely unprofessional staff and administrators. If prescription was not sent by the Doctor on time, then I have to wait 1 week till my next appointment because the Doctor works only once a week. First, I called on my due day, they lie that refill was sent and its a pharmacy issue, second time I called , they said that they don’t have access to my chart and I have to wait for a next appointment. Transfer me to a manager that never pick up the phone. Then leave to lunch from 11:00 to 12:30 and never come back from lunch. I... read more
I had a noon appointment for a prescription refill. I got a text message around 9 a.m. saying they needed to collect my copay and that I needed to call the office. I tried calling a little after 11 AM and they were closed for lunch. I went forward with my noon appointment and the prescription refill was processed. They then canceled the prescription because I hadn’t paid my co-pay. Nobody ever tried to contact me to collect payment - Their solution is just to cancel my prescription.
