Absolutely unprofessional staff and administrators. If prescription was not sent by the Doctor on time, then I have to wait 1 week till my next appointment because the Doctor works only once a week. First, I called on my due day, they lie that refill was sent and its a pharmacy issue, second time I called , they said that they don’t have access to my chart and I have to wait for a next appointment. I had a noon appointment for a prescription refill. I got a text message around 9 a.m. saying they needed to collect my copay and that I needed to call the office. I tried calling a little after 11 AM and they were closed for lunch. I went forward with my noon appointment and the prescription refill was processed. When I called to make the appointment I been so clear asking we were looking for a PSYCHOLOGIST for my daughter. A lady made me an appointment with a female “psychologist” after I asked her 3 times if she was sure that person was a psychologist and she always said YES SHE IS. When I called next day to make sure the time, another lady told our appointment wasn’t with a psychologist but a “therapist”.
