I have previously had really great experiences with Dr. Arteaga, but at this most recent visit, I asked to recheck my weight on the scale since I apparently have gained some weight, and even though I am still very much in the healthy range, she talked to me a lot about weight loss and called this a "wake up call", and strongly suggested weight loss techniques. I appreciated the amount of time Dr Ball spent with me and, also, the clarity of his explanations of my treatment plan.
Always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains thoroughly to help me understand.
He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. The notes they put in my chart answered questions regarding what names of skin problems each one might be. The names of kinds of skin cancer are too many to take in at one sitting, so the notes were very helpful.
