orders a meat lovers calzone, it came out with no meat. No apologies that it was wrong

We were seated right away. The waitress was slow to take our drink order. She also didn’t introduce herself. When she brought the (non-alcoholic) drinks, we let her know we were ready to order. She promptly took the menus as I had them already collected, and proceeded to walk away without a word. Luckily, it was a wait on the beer I ordered. quick, delivered after 11 pm, awesome delivery guy, Great 🍕
Ordered pizza calzone and cheesesteak with fries. Took awhile which is semi understandable but they forgot our fries and ranch. Pretty upsetting considering the price and fact we waited so long.
